Stéphane Fauth PDG de Norcan et Guillaume Anelli Directeur commercial de Visiativ sont intervenus au BIG 2020, organisé par BPI France le 1er octobre dernier, pour présenter la transformation de l’entreprise Norcan et son projet de robot le Sherpa Mobile Robotics (SMR).
Ce bijou technologique est né d’une alliance de savoir-faire entre 2 clients ambassadeurs de Visiativ, Norcan et Balyo.
La 1ère étape de la transformation numérique de Norcan a commencé au bureau d’études, avec pour objectif d’homogénéiser les méthodes de production et d’optimiser le traitement des commandes. L’intégration de Solidworks et de la CAO3D ont permis à l’entreprise de réduire les délais, de travailler plus vite, mais surtout d’augmenter sa compétitivité.
Par la suite, accompagné de Visiativ, Norcan a continué à intégrer le digital au cœur de sa stratégie en réalisant un Audit TNGV.
Cet audit à permis de formaliser, prioriser et déployer simplement l’ensemble des projets numériques. L’objectif de Norcan était de transformer son entreprise en intégrant dans sa stratégie : la continuité numérique et l’innovation pour aller vers l’industrie 4.0.
L’aventure Sherpa commence par la rencontre entre les dirigeants de Norcan et de Balyo qui décident de co-innover pour concevoir des robots mobiles et collaboratifs, capable d’assister les opérateurs dans la préparation des commandes.
