Static electricity: an invisible phenomenon with very real consequences on production lines: stoppages, quality defects, rejects, risks for electrical components, operator discharges, etc. AMG Solution intervenes on 3 axes:
- Eliminating static electricity: neutralisation of charges on production lines using electrodes (bars, points, U-shape, ring, etc.),
- Electrostatic charge application: to hold or position plastic films or sheets without adhesive (IML process, packaging, etc.),
- Ionisation-based dust removal: blowing system alone, or combined with suction and brushing, also used for internal and external cleaning of containers.
Corona & Plasma surface treatment: to ensure the adhesion of inks, adhesives and coatings on all types of substrates, AMG Solution offers two technologies:
- Corona treatment: atmospheric or vacuum method,
- Plasma treatment: atmospheric or vacuum method, more powerful than Corona, for the most difficult surfaces to treat.
Infrared temperature measurement, without contact: for real-time monitoring of process temperatures up to 3,200°C, AMG Solution offers:
- Infrared pyrometers: for temperature measurement at a fixed point on your production line,
- Thermal cameras: to monitor large areas in real time, ideal for detecting hot spots in your industrial process,
- Thermal scanners: for linear temperature measurement of continuously moving processes (such as glass, insulation boards, etc.).
