ACOPOStrak – Precision Shuttles
Optimized for smooth operation with little wear, the new shuttles can be used with existing track segments. They offer greater precision, extending the scope of the ACOPOStrak system to the assembly of medical devices. The advantage of this precision gain can be used, for example, to assemble the lightweight parts of a catheter or insulin pump.

SuperTrak – A new curved segment
Thanks to its new 90° curved segment, the Supertrak allows the creation of tracks with right-angle corners, offering more flexibility than standard intelligent conveyor belts in the shape of racetracks. In addition, this new curved segment gives the possibility to increase the number of treatment stations installed on the inner sides of the track, thus optimizing the use of available space.

ACOPOS 6D – Aseptic and hygienic shuttles
The new generation of aseptic and hygienic shuttles for ACOPOS 6D extends the number of applications where small series production becomes profitable. In addition to moving without contact, without noise and precisely thanks to magnetic lift, these new shuttles meet the strictest hygiene requirements and are easy to clean. They are well suited for use in a sterile environment.
In the food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries, every square metre of production area is valuable because of the strict hygiene rules that apply.
