The CombiFill CETEC ensures this in bags from 5 to 25 kg thanks to independent filling stations. Each product has its own feed circuit, its dosing device, its hoppers, its mouth, the products do not touch at any time, the bag can be paper, plastic and several closures can be combined (welding, folding and heat sealing, sewing)

It is possible to combine different dosers (gravitary, screws, carpet) therefore to treat powdery products and granules. Above all, it is possible to optimise the entire dosing function: flow (percussive vibration, removal), precision or cleaning depending on the product concerned.

The fields of application are multiple: replace an aging bagging machine and a manual product, replace two automatic seeding stations, repatriate a subcontracted product, improve quality for different markets as feed/food, organic/non-organic, colourful, fragrant products.

Combifill CETEC processing 2 products is already in production in the fields of flour (bread flour/sourdough), animal feed (powder/granules) seed (treated/untreated), yeast (Feed/Food) the solution exists, is simple and proven.

The bagger combines the bag store, marking, bag closure, conveyors, palletizer and pallet filming. The gross investment savings are more than €350,000. The financial side will be the trigger of the project.
