It has 95% of the technical properties of existing motor modules at only 55% of the cost for the same distance. The engine module is also designed for perfect compatibility, which allows you to use it with previous versions if needed.
The XTS EcoLine motor module is already distinguished by its length: at 500 mm, it is twice as long as standard straight modules, while remaining in the same grid dimensions. The usual reliability and robustness of the XTS are guaranteed, as well as the specifications for travel speed (up to 4 m/s) and acceleration (up to 10 g).
The XTS EcoLine module type differs slightly in terms of the following technical properties:
- Absolute accuracy of 0.70 mm and repeatability of 0.075 mm
- 70 mm minimum distance between products
- Up to 30 N nominal force initially and up to 80 N peak force per mover
The XTS EcoLine engine module is fully compatible with standard engine modules, making it highly versatile for a variety of applications:
– For processes that do not require extremely low values in terms of accuracy or product distance
- In combination with high precision motor modules (for example to create dedicated transport routes without treatment stations)
