The main function of the shuttle is to transport pallets from point A to point B, following a linear path. Its interest in relation to the conveyors lies in its ability to maintain a total freedom of movement of men and machines in these surroundings, the area being free of fixed obstacles. Compared to AGVs, it allows you to cover long distances faster and cheaper.

We mainly use shuttles to connect our facilities to lines upstream of the process, or to transport pallets to storage/ shipping areas downstream. This is a standard module in our range, which we then adapt to the customer’s actual environment.

A wireless shuttle

The innovation lies above all in the implementation of an induction power supply, allowing the shuttle to be completely wireless. This solution eliminates the constraints of using cables or sliding pads. By removing them, we promise efficiency and longevity.

Innovations for security and flexibility

In an effort to protect operators, we have also worked to eliminate residual risks related to shear or crush points by equipping our shuttles with telescopic conveyors.

Finally, in order to secure the loads during their transport, we offer presses, including our latest novelty: controlled side pressing. This system allows precise control of the clamping force, to preserve product integrity while meeting the challenges of complex environments.
