The innovation consists in forming conical trays based on nano or micro fluted cardboard using the CanLoq® AMC2 latching technique. The formation from a flat cut allows a significant gain (of the order of 80%) in volume of transport and storage compared to a pre-glued solution.
Glue removal reduces consumables and electrical consumption.

The CanLoq® latch ensures good rigidity of the tray to protect the product while minimizing carbon impact.

Automatic adjustments and specific tools optimize and make changes in format more reliable.

The loading of cardboard cut-out stores is easy and the handling of tools by trolley eliminates the wearing of heavy loads, in order to significantly improve operator ergonomics to fight against MSDs.

In addition, AMC2 offers three options:

• Adding a lid to replace bagging or netting. This lid, easily adjustable, optimizes the visibility of the product and increases its attractiveness to the consumer. It is therefore a 100% cardboard solution that is proposed.
• A box stacker for easier storage for later use.
• RFID tool recognition to avoid format change errors
