CCL SLEEVER MACHINES: French designer and manufacturer of machines for applying and shrinking heat-shrinkable sleeve labels
CCL Sleever Machines designs, assembles, and tests sleeve label application and shrink-wrapping machines in Morangis (Essonne). The company has more than 50 years of expertise and has installed more than 1,500 machines in over 100 countries. Since 2026, it has been part of CCL Label, the global leader in labeling and packaging.
CCL Label: The Entire Sleeve Value Chain, All Under One Roof
Sleever International has joined CCL Industries. Its long-standing expertise continues today across three complementary business segments.
CCL Label develops and manufactures sleeve labels and shrink sleeves: films, designs, and market-specific solutions. It also offers more sustainable materials, such as EcoFloat WHITE floating polyolefin sleeves, films with recycled content, and EcoCrys cPET. → Discover CCL Label’s shrink sleeves
CCL Sleever Machines designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains application and shrink machines.
CCL Deco handles co-packing and contract packaging: finishing, decoration, protection, and batching for the premium and mass-market sectors. → Discover the co-packing offering
The film, the machine, and the service are all managed within the same group. This allows manufacturers to have a single point of contact, from sleeve design through production on their line, all the way to the delivery of their finished products.
As part of CCL Industries, CCL Label has 26,900 employees, 226 production sites, and operations in 43 countries across 6 continents.

Facilities / Services CCL SLEEVER MACHINES
Equipment Designed for Industrial Performance
Designed with operators in mind. Operations are simple, secure, and tool-free. The graphical and touchscreen interfaces include preventive maintenance features and
multilingual technical documentation. Remote access modules maintain a constant connection to our hotlines and expert centers around the world.
An original, agile, and interactive design. Our machines are monoblock units with a small footprint, integrated electrical cabinets, and 360° transparent enclosures. A wide range of modules adds functionality based on product requirements and adapts to the configuration of each plant.
Sustainable Engineering: Sustainability Integrated from the Design Phase Onward
At CCL Sleever Machines, sustainability begins in the design office. Our Sustainable Engineering approach aims to reduce the environmental impact of each production line without compromising on throughput or reliability.
-
Height-adjustable tunnel. The tunnel lowers to the height of the product, and the volume to be heated decreases accordingly. Result: up to 30% energy savings on the infrared module.
-
Steam recycling. A collector recovers the steam, resulting in 30% steam savings.
-
Controlled energy consumption. On the Combiskinner® and Combishrink® lines, power consumption drops from 24.5 kW to 17.2 kW. The Energy Monitoring kit allows you to track this consumption.
-
Compact, monoblock design. The machines require fewer raw materials to manufacture, have a smaller footprint, and integrate more easily into production lines.
-
Ready for the circular economy. Our machines process sleeves made from recycled materials and sustainable materials from CCL Label. A micro-perforation module, available on the production line, makes it easier for consumers to sort the sleeves.
-
Equipment built to last. Preventive maintenance is built in, and remote support is available. Our innovation efforts focus on advanced automation, line connectivity, and predictive maintenance.
Their belief: Sustainability should never come at the expense of performance.
Three machine lines for all markets
Turnkey machines: complete application and shrink-wrapping lines integrated into production lines. They are eco-designed, operator-friendly, monoblock, and modular, with a small footprint.
Specialty Machinery: Turnkey solutions for complex applications and specific formats, from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics. These solutions are based on proven expertise, high modularity, ease of operation, and local support.
Installation, training, replacement parts, maintenance contracts, and technical support: a fast and controlled solution for small-batch production in the luxury and everyday goods sectors, as well as for FabLabs and service providers. These machines are autonomous, mobile, and secure, with low energy consumption.
Machines services
Installation, training, replacement parts, maintenance contracts, and technical support: we support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of their equipment.
Co-packing: Comprehensive Support with CCL Deco
CCL Deco offers a turnkey, customized service. It manages transportation, packaging procurement, and packaging operations, from production through final delivery. This enables its customers to optimize their lead times and costs.
- A European network. Three sites (Morangis, Cormontreuil, and Poland) optimize logistics and reduce the distance packaging materials travel.
- Low-carbon production. The French sites benefit from an energy mix that is predominantly nuclear.
- Less waste. Well-controlled machinery, optimized waste management, and expertise that minimizes material loss.
This service is particularly geared toward the cosmetics, drugstore, and food industries.
